Hello, I lost all the data, but I have a folder on the desktop that I can restore from MozBackup. This happened to me about when you restore via Help - technical information. Do not you know how to restore the data. He appeared to me FF 21 completely empty and even without the orange box on the top left. According to the help I found four profiles of today, but all are no data - no passwords etc. extension. Need advice on how to open the folder from the desktop, which is named after the original date of Firefox 2, I definitely did not lose bookmarks passwords and everything else. This made me even for years with FF and did not need to safely restore data. Thank you for helping maxik Posts: 25 Joined: 14 August 2010 24:12

If you deposit via MozBackup, so it's up to you where it storage (flash slam drive, CD, another HDD, network storage, web). The files in the backup, then you get easily - just change the file extension to zip backup
When something does not me yes and others - is certainly at fault them! Serviceman from Firefox is out of order, you have to fix it myself! Options, slam Settings, slam Preferences - peek before you start cursing on Firefox! The Help menu is really Help! poljos Posts: 8802 Joined: 13/11/2009 24:04 Location: North Moravia WWW
MozBackup those pulls backup as a single file and then allow it to recover again. Where storage is it does not matter. All i can manually - again, see Help (Profiles - a place where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other data). Mikk Posts: 5186 Joined: September 9, 2010 16:24 Location: Website
