Hello, about three days ago I experienced a problem with running Firefox. Thanks so much for your advice. As to the first post, so I did everything. Always before attempting to start the process, I ended. I also checked to make sure it went through, even though I had a virus a few years, because warez downloaded. In safe mode, I tried it, as I wrote but without result. Finally I resorted to the drastic option. Thanks a lot for instructions on how to preserve at least the bookmarks and passwords. I did it as you wrote, so hopefully we're going right now.
