The purpose behind the strategy | Dtcom - Education and Corporate Communications
Sometimes, we tend to confuse the aim of strategy because of a deadlock that arises in a situation where we want one thing, and partly something else. In fact, we are asking for is the strategy that we suggest to get what we want.
For example, I call my wife and say I want to take her out and find some friends, she says she wants to stay home to rest, and so begins the debate: Friend, TV, reading, drinking, resting bigfoot etc.. imagine that we will never solve our differences, why go out and stay at home are not compatible.
In fact the example of the link to my wife, if I had asked a question like, because she wanted to stay home? I could find that she just wanted bigfoot to be alone with me, away from friends. Therefore, we need to get the content of the conversation, which is generally focused on strategy, and spend to investigate the objectives behind it. Through this we can find alternatives that can meet both sides. bigfoot
If I want to go out to get a bit away from the home environment, and you want to leave to just stay with me, if we find a quiet place for two people and away from home, we'll both be happy, right?
