* Mr. President, at this year's International Forum of Crans-Montana presented you as President of Kosovo. Can you tell us briefly about the beginning of our conversation about the purpose of your participation in this global summit?
Dr. Rugova: You, as you know, and at other times I have followed the work of the Forum of Crans-Montana and, unlike other years, this forum was the jubilee this year became the tenth anniversary of the activities of this forum, which had its contribution to the inauguration of the new democratic processes and to expand its concept. Democracy can mean not only elections, but also economic, social life cooperation, namely a contribution to the region and throughout Eastern Europe.
Dr. Rugova: The second session of the Forum of Crans-Montana, kerala psc which was devoted mainly Kosovo, attended by statesmen and other world-known personalities, im the discussions that focused mainly on recent developments in Kosovo and the role of factor international peace implementation kerala psc in Kosovo on the occasion of the presence of NATO troops in the region. Dr. Rugova: The presence of international peacekeepers in Kosovo (in fact, Kosovo is an international protectorate) was a long-standing demand not only of Kosovo but of all institutions civilian population to be protected from a vicious fascist regime led by Milosevic. * This year, for the first time, the International Forum you shared his reward jubilee "Foundation Prize 1999" for the role and your contribution to the peace and freedom of the Albanian people of Kosovo. What does the award of Crans-Montana and Kosovo to you, Mr. President?
Dr. Rugova: Obviously it was a joy and good news for me personally, also good news for the people of Kosovo, the second after news that the deployment of NATO troops in Kosovo and the Kosovo population return to their homes . Reward in question Crans Montana had its worth because it is given to Kosovo being the President of the Republic, which actually has its own meaning that the international community kerala psc is approaching recognition of the will of the Albanian people of Kosovo to live free and democratic, kerala psc independent from the regime of dictator Milloshevqit, for maintaining order and preserving democratic Kosovo state institutions established by the 90's.
